Standard Terms of Service Framework for Hangover Holidays LLP
1. Contract & Booking Confirmation

Acceptance of Terms: By booking a tour, executing a transaction, or using the website, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Booking Deposit: A booking is only considered confirmed once a specified advance deposit (as per the package details) is received and an official confirmation voucher is issued by Hangover Holidays.

Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate personal details, including full names as per passports/IDs, contact information, and specific travel preferences.
2. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Balance payments must be cleared within the designated timeline prior to the departure date (typically 15 to 30 days depending on whether it is a domestic or international package).

Failure to Pay: Failure to remit final payments by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the initial deposit.

Pricing Policies: All prices quoted are transparent, upfront, and subject to change before final confirmation based on airfare fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, or government tax modifications.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be submitted formally in writing via email to
info@hangoverholidays.com. -
Standard Cancellation Charges:

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to departure: Forfeiture of the non-refundable booking deposit.

Cancellation between 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost.

Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure / No Show: 100% of the total package cost.

Third-Party Policies: Airfares, cruise bookings, and certain luxury hotel reservations are bound by the strict independent cancellation policies of the respective airlines or suppliers, which override standard agency policies.
4. Amendments and Alterations

Client Amendments: Any changes to flight schedules, hotel choices, or travel dates requested by the client after booking are subject to availability and will incur an amendment fee along with any price differences.

Agency Amendments: Hangover Holidays reserves the right to alter itineraries, hotel accommodations, or transport modes in circumstances of force majeure or for the safety and comfort of travelers. Equivalent alternatives will be provided.
5. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Suppliers

Role as an Agent: Hangover Holidays acts as an intermediary facilitator between the client and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines).

Disclaimer: The agency is not liable for personal injury, property damage, baggage loss, flight delays, mechanical breakdowns, or service deficiencies caused by these independent third-party vendors.
6. Travel Insurance, Visas, and Health

Documentation: For international tours, the client is exclusively responsible for ensuring valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and securing the correct visas. While Hangover Holidays provides Visa & Passport Assistance, visa issuance is entirely at the discretion of respective embassies.

Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage delays.
7. Force Majeure

Hangover Holidays cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays, changes, cancellations, or financial losses resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, weather extremities, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of services provided by Hangover Holidays LLP are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
